On Site Generation System Service and Repair - We service all manufacturers' equipment
At Superior Water Technologies we take pride in our Service Department – after all, our company was founded as a Customer Service company. We focus on the following three components when providing our loyal customers with high level service: Manufacturing, Installation and Service.
Service: We specialize in acid washing electrolytic cells for onsite generation systems as well as inspecting and servicing equipment such as chemical feed systems, RO systems, and onsite generation systems. If your equipment is down we will inspect, diagnose, and provide a solution for the problem. If we cannot fix it onsite we will get any part you need ordered for immediate delivery and installation.
Installation: Superior Water Technologies’ Service Department provides professional workmanship on equipment installations for reservoir management systems, reservoir mixing systems, in-line mixers, local and remote control panels, chemical tanks, onsite generation systems, chemical feed systems, bulk hypo stations, chlorine analyzer & sample return panels, and bulk hypo dilution panels.
Manufacturing: Our Service Department plays a role in the design manufacturing of the equipment we install and service such as the Vortex reservoir mixer, chemical feed skids, dilution panels, and control panels.

Chemical Storage
Superior Water supplies and installs chemical storage systems of all sizes. These tanks installed for San Jose Water Co. replaced obsolete and leaking HDPE hypochlorite tanks at the Montevina WTP. Superior Water prepared the tank re-pipe design. removed the old tanks, provided complete installation and repining of the new tanks, as well as installing a temporary chemical metering system to keep the plant on line throughout the project.We also completed maintenance and rebuild of their metering pumps and process piping systems while the plant was operating on the temporary metering equipment to reduce service costs and minimize plant operations interruption.Design and Installation
Superior Water provides complete construction and installation services, reducing the amount of contractors required to complete the work you require. Above is an example of the installation of underground and tank mounted chemical feed chase installed for Process Solutions Company at El Toro WD in Laguna Woods, Ca.We provided excavation, conduit, mounting and coordinated the re-pave of the facility, as well as the complete installation of the associated hypochlorite generation, reservoir management, and chloramine injection systems.Custom Process Piping Equipment
Superior Water can design and custom build any chemical or water treatment process piping equipment you may need. This unit pre-filters treated wastewater before going to the chlorine and bisulfite analyzers at the Centinela State Prison in El Centro Ca.
